Moreau has been accepted among the ranks of premier professionals with Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable work in the Legal Services Industry. As Owner of Moreau & Company for the past 10 years, Mr. Moreau has routinely demonstrated the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Moreau & Company was established in 2001 as a law firm which provides clients with representation in criminal law matters. Paul began his career with a general-practice firm, later joining the Alberta Justice Department as a Crown Prosecutor. After four years there, he was transferred to the Appeals and Criminal Law Policy branch and worked as Appellate Counsel for the Attorney General of Alberta until 1997 when he also advised the government on issues of criminal law policy. Then from 1998 to 2000, Mr. Moreau practiced civil litigation with Witten Binder.
During his educational career, Paul graduated from the University of Alberta law school in 1988 with a Juris Doctor Degree. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. Paul served as President of the Alberta Crown Attorneys' Association from 1995-1997. He was also an Instructor in the Alberta Bar Admission Course 1994-2000 and Director of the Canadian Association of Crown Counsel from 1995-1997. Paul also published an article in Criminal Quality in 2008.
